Suppli ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. By using Suppli, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Data we collect
We collect the following categories of data:
- Account information — username, email address, and password (hashed)
- Supplier credentials — IMAP mailbox settings, API tokens for Shopify, eBay, and Walmart stored encrypted in our database
- Sync logs — records of each inventory sync run, including timestamps, SKU counts, and error messages
- Feed files — CSV files received from your suppliers and processed by Suppli
- Usage data — page views and feature usage for improving the product (no third-party tracking)
3. How we use your data
- Powering the inventory sync pipeline between your suppliers and sales channels
- Sending alert emails when inventory thresholds are breached or errors occur
- Displaying sync history and error logs on your dashboard
- Improving the reliability and performance of the service
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Data storage
Your data is stored on Railway infrastructure using PostgreSQL databases. Data is retained while your account remains active. We perform regular backups but cannot guarantee recovery in all failure scenarios.
5. Third-party services
Suppli connects to the following external APIs on your behalf:
- Shopify Admin API — to read and update product inventory and prices
- eBay Inventory API — to update eBay listing quantities
- Walmart Marketplace API — to update Walmart listing quantities
- Resend — for transactional alert emails
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. Your credentials for these services are stored by Suppli solely to facilitate your requested integrations.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@suppli.site. We will respond within 30 days.
