Common warnings explained
You may see these messages in the Sync Logs. Here's what they mean and what to do about them.
What it means: A SKU that had stock in the previous sync was not present in the new feed file. Suppli assumes this means the supplier no longer has it and pushes quantity 0 to all channels.
What to do: Usually safe to ignore — it means your supplier's feed dropped that row, indicating it's out of stock. If you believe it's a feed error, check the raw CSV email to confirm.
What it means: The feed contains a supplier SKU that has no mapping in Suppli's catalog. The SKU was added to Unmapped SKUs for review.
What to do: Go to Catalog → Unmapped SKUs and create a mapping for each one you want to sync. SKUs you intentionally don't sell can be left unmapped.
What it means: Suppli searched your active eBay listings for a listing with Custom Label matching that SKU, but found nothing. The eBay update was skipped.
What to do: Open the listing in eBay Seller Hub, check the Custom Label field, and make sure it exactly matches the Internal SKU in Suppli. See the eBay debug guide.
What it means: Total inventory for this SKU hit 0 and you have auto-draft enabled for it. Suppli set the product to Draft on the configured channels.
What to do: No action needed — this is working as intended. The product will be re-activated automatically when inventory comes back above 0.
What it means: Suppli scanned all Shopify product variants for the Internal SKU but didn't find a match.
What to do: See the SKU not found debug guide.
