Connect Etsy to Suppli
Suppli connects to Etsy using OAuth β no API keys, no developer account, no complicated setup. Just click "Connect Etsy", log in to Etsy, approve the permissions, and you're done.
Create an Etsy seller account
If you don't have an Etsy shop yet, go to etsy.com/sell and open your shop. You need an active Etsy seller account with at least one listing before Suppli can push inventory to it.
Connect Etsy to Suppli
In Suppli, go to Channels in the left sidebar. You'll see an Etsy card. Click Connect Etsy.
You'll be redirected to Etsy to log in and approve Suppli's access to your shop. Suppli requests permission to read and update your listings.
After approving, you'll be sent back to Suppli with your shop connected and your shop name shown in the Channels list.
Map your listings
Go to Product Mapping in Suppli. For each product you want to sync to Etsy, find or edit the mapping and fill in the Etsy Listing ID field.
Your Etsy listing ID is the number at the end of your listing's URL in Etsy Shop Manager:
Copy that number and paste it into the Etsy Listing ID field on the mapping edit page.
You're done β inventory syncs automatically
Every time a supplier feed arrives, Suppli will automatically update your Etsy listing quantities. No manual updates. No checking your inbox. No copying numbers between spreadsheets.
- Supplier sends a CSV β Suppli parses it automatically
- Suppli updates Etsy listing quantities in real time
- Multi-supplier stacking works the same as Shopify β all connected suppliers contribute to the total
- The Sync Logs page will show an Etsy badge when listings are updated
