Stack inventory from
every supplier.

If you source the same product from more than one supplier, Suppli automatically combines those quantities into a single accurate number. No spreadsheets. No manual addition. No overselling.

Example: SKU "WIDGET-BLK-M"

Supplier A
10
units in stock
+
Supplier B
15
units in stock

Shopify shows
25

How it works

Each supplier sends their own feed

Every supplier has their own IMAP mailbox configuration in Suppli. Their email feed is processed independently β€” their SKUs are matched using their own supplier-to-internal-SKU mapping.

SupplierSkuLastQty tracks each supplier separately

Suppli stores the last known quantity per (supplier, internal_sku) pair in SupplierSkuLastQty. When Supplier A sends a new feed, only Supplier A's rows are updated β€” Supplier B's last known quantities are untouched.

Multi-supplier total is recalculated on every sync

After every feed is processed, Suppli sums all SupplierSkuLastQty.last_qty values for each internal_sku to calculate the channel totals. This means even when only one supplier sends a feed, the final number reflects all suppliers' current stock.

Each channel gets channel-appropriate totals

Shopify receives the full stacked total from all suppliers. eBay, Walmart, Amazon, and Etsy receive totals from only the suppliers that are connected to that specific channel β€” preventing inflated numbers on channels that aren't authorized to sell a given supplier's products.

∞
Unlimited suppliers per account

There is no limit to the number of suppliers you can connect to a single Suppli account. Each supplier has their own IMAP connection, channel credentials, sync rules, and product mappings. Scale from 1 supplier to 100 without changing plans.

Price control per supplier

When multiple suppliers carry the same SKU, only one supplier's price should control what customers see. Suppli lets you mark one supplier per SKU as price_primary. That supplier's cost Γ— your multiplier becomes the channel price. All other suppliers contribute only to the inventory count.

Supplier A β€” is_price_primary=True β€” price_mode=cost_multiplier Γ— 1.35
Supplier B β€” is_price_primary=False β€” contributes qty only

Result: Shopify price = Supplier A's cost Γ— 1.35
Shopify qty = Supplier A qty + Supplier B qty

Never manually add supplier quantities again

Suppli does it automatically, every time a feed arrives, across every channel you've connected.
