Suppli Reseller¶
Suppli Reseller turns your mapped Catalog products into branded stock-and-price CSV files and emails them on a schedule to approved resellers. Businesses apply through a form you put on your own website, and you review them in Suppli.
CSV profiles¶
A profile is a name, a list of products and a markup %. You can have up to 10.
Only mapped Catalog products can be added to a profile. Different resellers can get different profiles.

The SKU is your own SKU. The file never shows a supplier name or a supplier SKU.
It is a plain UTF-8 CSV with one header row. It is named from your file name plus the date.
Stock¶
Qty is the product's combined stock across its suppliers, as Catalog shows it, after a stock rule you set for each supplier: keep back a %, then an optional cap.
A supplier whose most recent run didn't include the product adds 0. The product is left out of the file only when none of its suppliers had it in their latest run.
Price¶
Price is the main (price source) supplier's cost from Catalog, plus the profile's markup %.
A product with no supplier cost is left out of the file. It is never sent at $0.
Sending¶
You set one send time a day, used for all profiles, in your Business Info timezone. Suppli checks every 15 minutes, so files go out within 15 minutes of that time.
Emails are sent from your own connected mailbox: a company mailbox, Gmail or Outlook.
Files go to at most 50 businesses a day. This is separate from Suppli Leads' outreach limits, and it never goes above your mailbox provider's own daily limit.
Each email carries:
- your logo and colours;
- the CSV, attached;
- a private download link that always has the latest file;
- an unsubscribe link.
Runs¶
The main page lists previous runs and the next run. For each run it shows how many businesses it went to, how many were delivered and how many failed.
If a run fails to deliver to anyone, you get one Suppli Inbox alert for that run.
Run now sends the latest file to every approved reseller straight away, for when something big changes and you don't want to wait for tomorrow. You can use it any time, as often as you need; it doesn't replace the daily scheduled run, which still goes out at your send time. It can't start while another run is still sending. A second file on the same day has the time in its name, so resellers can see which one is newer. The 50-a-day limit counts different businesses, so sending again to someone who already got today's file doesn't use up a slot. The runs table shows whether each run was Scheduled or Manual.
Applications¶
- Build the form in Settings. Business name and email are always included. Add up to 8 questions of your own, each Yes/No or free text, plus an optional comments box.
- List the websites allowed to show the form.
- Paste the snippet on your site.
Applicants confirm their email first. They then appear under Pending.
Reviewing¶
The Reseller Inbox has Pending, Waiting, Approved, Rejected/Removed and Unsubscribed. Open a business to see their answers.
- Approve — choose a profile. The business gets an automatic approval email.
- Email — the envelope button. The business moves to Waiting until they reply. Replies are caught when you send from a company mailbox, and you get a Suppli Inbox notification.
- Reject or remove — with an optional reason email. Removing a business stops their emails and turns off their download link.
Resellers and Suppli Contacts¶
Resellers are separate from Suppli Contacts.
