Suppli CRM

Suppli CRM reads what's already happening across Contacts, Mail, Leads, and Booking, and turns it into groups worth emailing, tasks worth reviewing, and recommended actions worth taking — no manual data entry, no separate customer list to keep up to date. It doesn't own any of that data itself; it's a lens over the modules you already use.

Connections

Suppli Contacts is always on — every other module is opt-in. On the CRM dashboard, the gear icon opens Connections, where you turn on Mail, DM, Leads, and Booking individually. CRM only ever reads a module's data once you've flipped its switch — connecting a module here never changes how that module behaves on its own, and disconnecting it just stops CRM from reading it.

Dashboard

The main CRM page gives you one glance at the health of your customer relationships, all filtered by a single date range (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 12 months, or a custom range):

  • New Contacts — how many new customers reached you, and through which channel, with the trend vs. the previous period.
  • Tasks — how many emails Suppli Mail flagged as needing attention, and how many are still open.
  • Bookings — meeting volume over time, once Suppli Booking is connected.
  • Campaign Engagement — how your Suppli Leads campaigns are performing (sent and replied — the two stages Suppli Leads can reliably track).
  • Recommended Actions — a ranked list of the things Suppli thinks are most worth your attention right now, described below.

Groups & Labels

Suppli automatically notices when contacts share similar interests — customers who keep asking about the same kinds of products get grouped together (e.g. "Electronics," "Stationery") without you tagging anyone by hand. Each group shows who's in it and a couple of the real customer messages that led Suppli to form it, so you can see why the group exists, not just its name.

Groups aren't renamed, but two that feel too similar can be merged into one, or deleted outright if they're no longer useful — Suppli keeps this list small and manageable on purpose (a handful of meaningful groups, not dozens of overlapping ones), rather than letting it sprawl into something you'd have to clean up yourself. From the Groups page you can email a group directly at any time — Suppli drafts the outreach and hands it to Suppli Leads for you to review and send.

Recommendations

Suppli watches for two kinds of signal:

  • Demand signals — customers are asking about a specific product more than usual. Suppli shows you exactly how many inquiries, how many different customers, and how that compares to normal — then lets you create an ad that speaks directly to what they're asking about.
  • New-product signals — you've just added something new to your Catalog. Suppli tells you which existing customer group is most likely to care, so you can let them know without waiting for demand to build up first.

Every recommendation shows its reasoning, not just a conclusion — for example, "31 inquiries · 24 unique contacts · +43% vs. previous 30 days" (illustrative numbers, not a real account's data) is the kind of detail behind a "Create Ad" suggestion, so you can judge for yourself whether it's worth acting on.

Tasks

Suppli Mail flags emails that likely need your attention — a new order, a payout confirmation, a security alert — and separates them from newsletters and marketing noise. CRM brings every flagged email into one list, with a note on whether it genuinely needs action or is just informational. When new tasks come in, you're notified in Suppli Inbox rather than having to check the Tasks page proactively.

Emails

CRM brings together two things that are normally scattered across different tools: how your Suppli Leads campaigns are performing, and your one-on-one email history with individual customers (pulled in from Suppli Mail). Everything lives in one place, and when a customer or a campaign lead replies, you can respond right from here — CRM sends through whichever email connection (Gmail, Outlook, or your Suppli Leads sending domain) you already use, so there's nothing new to set up.
