One plan — $20/month¶
- Every app and every channel: Shopify, eBay, Walmart, Amazon and Etsy
- Unlimited syncs
- Full access to Catalog, Compare, Repricer, Fulfillment, Inbox, Ads, DM, Mail, Leads and the rest
- Suppli API credit included (see below)
There is no free tier and no separate add-on pricing. One subscription, everything in it.
Suppli API credit¶
AI features on Suppli run on Suppli API credit — a single balance Suppli draws from on your behalf, pooled across providers, so you never have to open an account with any of them.
Your $20/month includes $5.00 of AI credit, $4.70 of it usable after the 6% Suppli margin (which covers infrastructure, payment processing and maintaining the pool). It resets at the start of each billing cycle and does not roll over — anything unused is discarded rather than added to the next month.
If you need more than the monthly allowance, you have two options: buy top-up credit, which is a separate pool that never expires, or connect your own provider keys and pay those providers directly. See how Suppli API credit works →
Billing¶
- Payments processed by Stripe — your card is never stored on Suppli servers
- Cancel anytime from your billing page — no cancellation fees
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation
- Refunds: email muneeb@suppli.site — sorted immediately
No hidden fees¶
$20/month. That's it. We don't do that around here.
