General¶

What is Suppli? Suppli is a dropshipping automation platform. It connects your supplier's email feed to your sales channels and keeps inventory, pricing, ads, and fulfillment running automatically.

How is Suppli different from Stock Sync or CIN7? Most inventory tools poll an FTP or URL feed every few hours and are built for warehouse operations. Suppli watches your supplier's email inbox and updates within about a minute of a feed arriving, and it is built specifically for dropshipping — supplier feeds in, sales channels out, with ads, replies and fulfillment on the same contact and product data.

Does Suppli auto-reply to customers? Suppli DM can reply automatically on connected channels. Suppli Mail only categorizes and summarizes — it never auto-replies to email.

Is my API data secure? Yes. All API credentials (Shopify tokens, eBay keys, etc.) are stored encrypted. They're used only to perform the sync actions you configure and are never shared with third parties.

Setup¶

How long does setup take? About 60 seconds to connect your first channel. Full setup (supplier + all channels + SKU mapping) takes 5-10 minutes.

Do I need a developer account for eBay or Shopify? No. Suppli uses its own registered app for both. You just log in and approve.

What CSV format does my supplier need to use? Any standard CSV with SKU and quantity columns. Suppli is flexible — column names are configurable per supplier in your supplier settings.

Pricing¶

Is there a free trial? No. Suppli is one plan at $20/month, cancellable at any time from your billing page.

Can I cancel anytime? Yes. Cancel from your billing page. No fees, no questions.

What's included in the $20/month plan? Everything — all channels, all modules, Suppli API for AI features, unlimited syncs.

Technical¶

What happens if a supplier doesn't send a feed? Nothing changes. Suppli only updates inventory when a new feed arrives. If a SKU disappears from a feed, Suppli pushes quantity 0 (zero-out behaviour).

How does SKU matching work? Suppli matches by exact SKU string. Make sure your supplier SKUs match what's in your channel listings exactly.

What if EasyPost doesn't return FedEx rates? FedEx requires account verification in EasyPost. UPS and USPS rates are available by default. Contact EasyPost support to enable FedEx.
