Suppli Fulfillment¶

Suppli Fulfillment automates the entire order fulfillment pipeline — from Shopify webhook to EasyPost label to tracking pushed back to Shopify.

Label generation¶

Suppli uses EasyPost to generate shipping labels. It automatically selects the best rate based on your preference (cheapest, fastest, or specific carrier).

Your EasyPost key¶

Every label is bought with your own EasyPost API key, entered once at Settings → API Keys. Labels are charged to your EasyPost account, never to Suppli's.

• No key means no label: an order errors with "No EasyPost API key set" and a link to add one. Add the key, then click Retry label on the order.
• The approval message's "Estimated label" line is quoted with your key too. Without a key it tells you to add one instead of a price.
• The Repricer's shipping estimates don't need your key (see Suppli Repricer); only labels do.

Ship-from address¶

Labels ship from your default shipping profile, set in Settings → Business Info → Shipping profiles. The Fulfillment settings page shows that address read-only with a Configure link; it isn't edited there. Use Make default on a profile to change which warehouse labels ship from.

Tracking¶

Once a label is generated, Suppli automatically:

1. Pushes the tracking number to Shopify
2. Marks the order as Fulfilled
3. Shopify sends the customer their tracking email automatically

Confirmed live¶

Suppli Fulfillment is confirmed working in production — labels generated, tracking pushed, Shopify showing Fulfilled status.
