Suppli Fulfillment¶

Suppli Fulfillment automates the entire order fulfillment pipeline — from Shopify webhook to EasyPost label to tracking pushed back to Shopify.

The pipeline¶

Shopify order received

Suppli Inbox notification (approval required)
↓
You approve
↓
EasyPost generates cheapest/fastest label
↓
Tracking number pushed to Shopify
↓
Order marked Fulfilled on Shopify automatically

Label generation¶

Suppli uses EasyPost to generate shipping labels. It automatically selects the best rate based on your preference (cheapest, fastest, or specific carrier).

Dimensions required

Parcel dimensions and weight are pulled from your Catalog automatically. If a product has no dimensions on file, Suppli blocks label generation and alerts you to add them.

Ship-from address¶

Set your ship-from address in Settings → Fulfillment. This is used for all EasyPost label generation and rate calculations.

Tracking¶

Once a label is generated, Suppli automatically:

Pushes the tracking number to Shopify
Marks the order as Fulfilled
Shopify sends the customer their tracking email automatically

Confirmed live¶

Suppli Fulfillment is confirmed working in production — labels generated, tracking pushed, Shopify showing Fulfilled status.
