Connect eBay to Suppli¶

Takes about 60 seconds. No developer account, no API keys — just log in to eBay and click Agree.

Steps¶

1. Go to Channels → Add connection. In your Suppli dashboard, click Channels in the sidebar, then click Add connection.

2. Select your supplier and eBay. Choose which Supplier this eBay account belongs to, then select eBay from the Platform dropdown.

3. Click "Connect with eBay". Click the Connect with eBay button. You'll be redirected to eBay's login page.

4. Log in to eBay and click "Agree and Continue". Sign in with your eBay seller account. eBay will ask you to approve Suppli's access to:

   • Read and update your inventory
   • Read account information

   Click Agree and Continue.

5. Done ✅ — Suppli will sync your inventory automatically. You'll be redirected back to Suppli and your eBay account will appear as Connected in the Channels list.

   Tip

   Suppli automatically refreshes your eBay access token — you won't need to reconnect unless you manually disconnect.
