Suppli API¶

Suppli API is how AI features work on paid plans. It is not a key you use externally — it's an internal credit balance. Instead of managing separate API keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini, you load Suppli credit and every AI feature draws from that one balance.

How it works:

• Load credit into your Suppli account — $5.00 loaded = $4.70 usable credit, $0.30 goes to Suppli
• Suppli pools that credit across OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini
• AI features draw from the pool automatically
• If one provider (say Gemini) hits $0, Suppli reroutes automatically to another model rather than failing your request
• Your Suppli API credit only works inside Suppli — it is never a general-purpose API key that could leak or be used elsewhere
• Paid accounts get $5.00 of AI credit granted every month ($4.70 usable after the 6% margin). This is separate from purchased top-up credit. It resets to $4.70 at the start of each billing cycle — it does not stack, roll over, or carry forward. Any unused portion from the previous cycle is discarded, not added to the new grant.
• Beyond your monthly bundled credit, additional usage draws from purchased credit top-ups — top-up credit is a separate balance that never expires and is only spent once your monthly credit runs out for that month
• Set an optional monthly spending cap from API Keys & Suppli API Credit to stop AI features once you've spent a set amount, independent of your total balance

The 6% margin — what it pays for¶

Suppli maintains funded accounts at OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini. The 6% covers API infrastructure costs, payment processing fees, and Suppli's maintenance of the pool. $5.00 loaded = $4.70 usable. That's it.
