Suppli Mail

Suppli Mail connects to any inbox you've already set up, then reads, categorizes, and summarizes every incoming email so you know exactly what needs your attention.

No auto-replies

Suppli Mail only organizes and summarizes — it never sends an automatic reply. (For AI-powered auto-replies, see Suppli DM.)

How it works

  1. Connect. Pick any inbox you've already added in IMAP settings — no new credentials to enter.
  2. Set categories. Three default categories are created automatically — Customer Questions, Opportunities, Advertisements. Add up to 8 custom ones with your own descriptions.
  3. AI sorts it. Suppli reads each email, drops it into the right category, and writes a 1-2 sentence summary of what it's about.

What it does

  • Reads, categorizes, and summarizes every incoming email automatically
  • No auto-replies are ever sent — it only organizes and summarizes
  • Default categories (Customer Questions, Opportunities, Advertisements) plus up to 8 custom ones
  • Optional per-category rules — from address, domain, subject, or body content — checked before AI
  • Mark emails read and handled right from the dashboard

What it costs

Every email gets categorized individually, and each one draws a small amount of your included Suppli API credit — usually well under a cent. A busy inbox can work through the monthly allowance, so if you sort a lot of mail you can either top up or connect your own provider key and pay that provider directly. See API Access and Billing.

Rules to help AI categorize faster

  • From email / domain — Always sort mail from a specific address or domain into a category, skipping the AI call entirely.
  • Subject / context contains — Match a keyword in the subject line or body to route it automatically.
  • From + context — Combine a sender with a keyword for more precise routing — e.g. a specific supplier mentioning "invoice".
