Suppli Repricer¶
The Suppli Repricer calculates the exact selling price needed to hit your target margin — factoring in supplier cost, platform fees, ad spend, return rate, and real carrier shipping rates.
How it works¶
For each product on each channel, you set:
- Supplier cost — auto-synced from feed, or set manually
- Platform fee % — select your category (Electronics, Clothing, etc.) and Suppli fills the right fee automatically
- Ad spend — % of sale or fixed $ per order
- Return rate — % of orders returned (factored into cost)
- Shipping label cost — enter manually or use the live rate calculator
Suppli then calculates:
Selling price = (Supplier cost + Shipping + Fixed costs) / (1 - Platform% - Ad% - Return% - Margin%)
Live shipping rate calculator¶
Click Calculate Rates next to the shipping field. A modal opens:
- Dims and weight are pulled automatically from your Catalog
- Origin address pulled from your fulfillment settings
- Enter a destination zip code
- Suppli hits EasyPost and returns live carrier rates:
- UPS Ground Saver, UPS Ground, USPS Ground Advantage, etc.
- Click any rate → it fills the shipping field automatically
- Price recalculates instantly
MAP protection¶
Tick MAP protection and enter a MAP price. Suppli will never push a price below this floor — regardless of what the margin calculation returns.
MAP is a floor, not a ceiling
If your calculated price is $119 but MAP is $150 → listing goes up at $150. If your calculated price is $160 and MAP is $150 → listing goes up at $160.
Pushing prices¶
Click Save & Queue for Approval. An approval notification appears in Suppli Inbox. Approve it there → price is pushed to the channel.
Supported channels:
- ✅ Shopify — live, confirmed
- ✅ eBay — live, confirmed
- ✅ Walmart — live, confirmed
Auto-reprice on feed changes¶
When a supplier feed updates a product's cost, Suppli automatically recalculates the recommended price and sends it to Suppli Inbox for approval. You approve → price pushes. No manual recalculation needed.
