Suppli Catalog¶
The Suppli Catalog is your central product database. Every SKU Suppli knows about lives here — with supplier costs, dimensions, channel counts, and repricer configuration all in one place.
What the Catalog does¶
- Stores all your products with SKU, title, description, category, supplier cost, weight, dimensions, and barcode
- Shows how many channels each product is listed on
- Links to the Repricer config per product per channel
- Lets you upload a product photo (auto-resized to 2000px, max 3MB)
- Bulk actions: set Active, set Draft, delete — all with one click
Adding products¶
Manually¶
Click + Add product → Add manually. Fill in the form and save.
Via CSV import¶
Click + Add product → Upload CSV.
Suppli accepts CSV files from any major platform:

After upload, Suppli shows: "47 products added, 3 skipped (duplicate SKU)"
Download the template¶
Use Download template in the CSV upload modal to get a pre-formatted CSV with all supported columns and one example row.
Unmapped SKUs¶
When a supplier feed contains a SKU Suppli has never seen, it appears in Catalog → Unmapped SKUs. From there you can create a mapping directly — linking the supplier SKU to an internal SKU and filling in product details.
Bulk actions¶
Select products using the checkboxes. A floating action bar appears:
- Set Active — marks selected products as active
- Set Draft — marks selected products as draft
- Delete — permanently removes selected products (confirmation required)
Product photos¶
Each product can have one photo. Upload from the product edit page — Suppli auto-resizes to 2000px on the longest side and caps file size at 3MB. Photos are stored on Cloudflare R2.
