Getting Started with Suppli

Suppli is a dropshipping automation platform. Connect your supplier email and your sales channels — Suppli handles inventory sync, pricing, ads, fulfillment, and customer messaging automatically.

What is Suppli?

Suppli watches your supplier's email inbox. When a new CSV feed arrives, it updates your inventory across Shopify, eBay, Walmart, Amazon, and Etsy — in under 2 minutes. No manual uploads. No scheduled jobs to babysit.

How it works

  1. Connect your supplier's IMAP mailbox
  2. Connect your sales channels (Shopify, eBay, Walmart, Amazon, Etsy)
  3. Supplier sends CSV → Suppli detects it → all channels update in 60 seconds

That's it. After setup, Suppli runs 24/7 with zero manual work.

Setting up your account

Step 1 — Connect a supplier

Go to Suppliers in the sidebar. Add your supplier's email address and IMAP credentials. Suppli will start polling that inbox every 60 seconds.

Step 2 — Connect your channels

Go to Channels. Connect Shopify, eBay, Walmart, Amazon, or Etsy. Each channel has a one-click OAuth flow — no API keys to hunt down.

Step 3 — Map your SKUs

Go to Catalog. Your supplier's SKUs appear here after the first feed. Map each supplier SKU to your internal SKU — this tells Suppli which product is which across platforms.

Step 4 — Watch it run

Go to Sync Logs. Every feed run is logged with before/after quantities per channel. The Compare tab shows exactly what changed.
