Home

Home is the first page in Suppli and the page you land on after you log in. It is a calm overview of your business: four real numbers across your apps, a greeting, the Suppli assistant in the centre, and a short stack of cards with what is new and what needs you today.

Home is part of Suppli from day one, like the Dashboard. It is not an app from the Marketplace and cannot be turned off.

The stats strip

Across the top, one number per app, for the range you pick: 7 days, 1 month (the default), 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or All time. Each shows the change against the period before it of the same length (All time has no comparison).

Stat What it counts From
Customers DMed Customers Suppli DM sent at least one message to in the range. A customer is one conversation: one handle on one platform. Suppli DM
Ads posted Ads posted in the range, one per platform. An ad posted to Instagram, Threads, YouTube and Facebook counts as 4. Suppli Ads
CRM tasks Tasks open right now; the small line shows how many were flagged in the range. Suppli CRM
Leads Prospects who replied for real to an outreach email in the range. Out-of-office and auto-responder replies never count: Home uses the same rule Suppli Leads uses before it creates a Contact. Suppli Leads

A stat whose app is off is not shown at all. With none of these apps on there is no strip.

The range picker controls only these four numbers. The cards further down are about today.

The greeting and the assistant

The greeting follows your local time and day from the time zone in Business Info ("Good morning", "Good afternoon", "Good evening", "Good night", or "Happy Saturday" on a weekend). With no time zone set in Business Info it says "Good day" (it never assumes UTC). If Business Info has your business name, it is part of the greeting: "Good morning, Acme Outdoors".

The second line is one true sentence from your own data, for example how many orders wait for approval, how many CRM tasks are open, or what Suppli DM answered while you slept. When there is nothing to report it reads "Let's grow your business."

Under it sits the Suppli assistant, in the centre of the page instead of the floating button in the corner (the button stays on every other page). Type a message and the chat opens as a full page; the minimise button turns it into a side drawer so you can read Home beside it, and close brings the tube back. It is the same assistant, with the same tools and the same limits, wherever you talk to it. It answers product questions from these docs (it searches them live and gives you the section link) and account questions from your own data, read-only: your Home stats and cards, CRM tasks, Mail categories, DM activity, Ads, Leads, Fulfillment orders, Repricer, Finance, Inbox, channel health, Catalog, Supplier API, Workflows, Contacts, Booking, Reseller, Business Info and your plan. An app that is off is reported as off, with the Marketplace link. Included chats: 5 a month on the free plan, 15 on Pro, then Suppli credit, then your own key (API Access and Billing); the line under the input shows where you stand.

The artwork

A pixel rocket flies to the right past a line of planets, over the same stars as every Suppli page. The animation is slow and loops; with "reduce motion" on in your system settings it holds still. On a phone the scene turns upright: the planets come first and the rocket rises into view below them.

The cards

Below the artwork, in this order. Every card appears only when its app is on and it has something to show; there are no empty cards.

  1. What's new in Suppli. The newest changes to Suppli, each with a short summary, and a link to the full What's new page.
  2. News: Latest. The newest story from Suppli News, with View others.
  3. News: Interests. Stories matching your interests. With no interests yet the card says Set up interests in News and takes you there.
  4. CRM tasks. Your open tasks with their subject, sender and summary, and View in CRM. Shown when at least one task is open.
  5. Suppli Mail. The new unread emails Suppli Mail categorised today, grouped by category ("6 new emails categorised today"); each category opens that list in Suppli Mail. Shown when there is at least one.
  6. Suppli Ads. "Create a new ad for your products to reach more people", with Create ad now. Shown when no ad is scheduled for today and none ran today.
  7. Suppli DM. "Suppli DM handled 4 customers and sent 9 replies" for today. Shown when it handled at least one customer today.
  8. Start a Leads campaign. Shown when Suppli Leads is on and no campaign is running or on Auto.

Interests

On the News page, every story has a heart. Hearting a story adds its topics (its category and the key names and subjects the curation picked out, for example "Amazon" and "EU regulations") to your interests. Topics you heart more often weigh more, and the Interests card on Home ranks stories by the topics they match.

The Interests button on the News page lists your topics with a remove on each. If you hearted a story about Amazon and EU regulations for the EU part and you don't sell on Amazon, remove "Amazon" and the card stops showing Amazon stories. This is plain topic matching: nothing is trained on you and nothing is shared.

Where things went

The Dashboard is unchanged and still one click down in the sidebar: it holds the inventory sync health (suppliers, feeds, supplier APIs, channels, recent runs). Home sits above it.
