What's new in Suppli

Every change that reaches you, newest first. The newest entries also show on your Home page, in the What's new in Suppli card.

The website chatbot is pasted once, not on every page (November 2026)

The Add to your website card in Suppli DM → Website → Setup now says what it meant all along: paste the script once, in your site's global footer, and the chatbot shows on every page of your site. Under the script, tabs show the exact box for WordPress / WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and Google Tag Manager, the same tabs the Suppli Web tracking card uses. "Only some pages" is a one-line note under the card. Adding the chatbot to your site.

Suppli DM replies are on from the start (November 2026)

The Suppli DM Active switch (Suppli DM → Settings → Approval) is now on for every new account, so replies start as soon as you connect a channel: Instagram, Messenger, Slack, email or the website chatbot. Before, it was off until you found it, and a website chatbot could look broken while the switch was never mentioned. Accounts that already exist keep their setting; if yours is off, the chatbot setup page says so. Suppli DM also has its own section in Inbox now, with its own Slack channel and email overrides in Inbox settings, and the website chatbot's alerts ("a visitor wrote while Suppli DM is off", "a reply failed") are filed there instead of under System.

Every AI cost on your bill, exactly (November 2026)

This month's usage on API Keys & Credit now has a row for every app that can charge your Suppli AI credit, including Suppli Web, which had no row before even though its page summaries were charged. Amounts under a cent are shown exactly, to the millionth of a dollar ($0.00006 instead of $0.00), and so are your total and your available balance ($4.699509 instead of $4.70); a cent or more stays at two decimals. Each Suppli Web fetch's charge in Recent fetches is the same number the card shows and links to it. The card now says $4.70 in AI credit every month, the amount actually granted, instead of $5.00. How credit works.

Suppli Web: one-click tracking (November 2026)

Turning on Suppli Web tracking no longer means pasting a script on every page. A Shopify store connected as a sales channel gets an Enable tracking button (a Shopify web pixel through your connection, no theme edit; Disable removes it). WordPress and WooCommerce sites get a one-file plugin pre-configured with your site key. Every other site pastes the script once, in the global header or footer, with the exact place shown for Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and Google Tag Manager. Product views come for free: a page with standard product data counts as one. The Suppli Web page also shows Sessions by device and Live visitors in its metrics row, and the site picture is now a contained card from the desktop view. How tracking works.

Suppli Web: connect your website (November 2026)

A new Marketplace app, Suppli Web, between CRM and Ads in the sidebar. Connect your website once, verify it with a DNS record (or a meta tag), and Suppli reads your shipping, returns, warranty, privacy, terms, payment, FAQ, about and contact pages into Business Information as "From website" entries that the Website Chatbot and Suppli DM answer from, without ever fetching your site while replying. Edit an entry and Suppli keeps your wording; new website text shows as a pending update. It also finds your products (new ones land in Unmapped SKUs with SKU and name; mapped ones get their fields filled, never stock or cost), watches your homepage every 5 minutes and your SSL certificate daily with alerts in a new Suppli Web section of the Inbox, and shows your site's speed and homepage picture from Google PageSpeed. Install its cookieless tracking script and you get sessions, visitors, page views, Core Web Vitals, top pages, referrers, UTM campaigns and product views, with live visitors. Read the Suppli Web page.

  • Home: the stats are one inline strip now, each with a sparkline and its change (green up, red down), about a third of the old height, scrolling sideways on phones. Sessions and Live visitors join it once the Suppli Web script is sending, and a Suppli Web card appears when this week has more sessions than last.

The assistant knows all of Suppli (November 2026)

The Suppli assistant now answers product questions from these docs, live: it searches the pages for every how / what / why question and gives you the section link, so a docs update reaches it the moment it is published. It can also see every app you have on, read-only: your Home stats and today's cards, CRM tasks, Mail categories and unread counts, DM activity, Ads posted and scheduled, Leads' real replies, Fulfillment orders awaiting approval, Repricer approvals, the Finance summary, Inbox alerts, channel health (including a revoked WooCommerce key), Catalog counts, Supplier API pulls, Workflows, Contacts, Booking, Reseller, Business Info and your plan and credit. It runs on GPT-5.6 Luna through the AI model registry.

  • Chats: 5 included a month on the free plan, 15 on Pro, then Suppli credit, then your own OpenAI key. The line under the input shows where you stand. How it is billed.

Meet Home (November 2026)

Suppli now opens on Home, a calm business overview above the Dashboard. It greets you by your local time and your business name from Business Info, shows four real numbers for the range you pick (customers Suppli DM messaged, ads posted per platform, CRM tasks, and leads who replied for real), and puts the Suppli assistant in the centre of the page. Below the artwork you'll find this What's new card, the latest News and your Interests, then one card per app that has something for you today. Read the Home page.

  • Interests in News: heart any story on the News page to add its topics to your interests; the Interests button lists them with a remove on each.
  • Suppli Mail: a Mark all as read action for the selected category, under "+ Add Category".
  • Time zone: the Business Info time zone now starts empty instead of UTC. Until you pick one, Home greets "Good day"; Booking and Leads scheduling keep treating an empty zone as UTC, as before.

WooCommerce is here (October 2026)

WooCommerce is Suppli's sixth sales channel, next to Shopify, eBay, Walmart, Amazon and Etsy. Connect a store from Channels (approve on your store's own page, or paste a key pair), and Suppli keeps its stock in line with your supplier feeds, including variations. Stock 0 is WooCommerce's own "Out of stock"; Suppli never hides or deletes products. Read the tutorial.

  • Prices: the Repricer has a WooCommerce tab. Prices are worked out in USD and converted to your store's currency with a daily rate; with no fresh rate nothing is pushed.
  • Orders: new orders arrive in Fulfillment by webhook and a 15-minute check; tracking goes back as an order note and the order is marked Completed.
  • Finance: a WooCommerce tab in Finance with orders and refunds in your store's currency.
  • Health: a revoked key shows as "Key revoked: reconnect" on Channels with one Inbox alert.
