Billing Policy¶

Subscription¶

$20/month. One plan, cancellable at any time. There is no free tier and no trial period.

Payment processing¶

All payments handled by Stripe. Your card details are never stored on Suppli servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant.

What's included¶

Every paid feature — all channels, all modules, Suppli API, unlimited syncs. No per-feature add-ons.

Suppli API credits¶

Your subscription includes $5.00 of AI credit each month, $4.70 of it usable after the 6% margin. That monthly credit resets at the start of each billing cycle and does not roll over — anything unused is discarded.

Top-up credit is separate: you buy it when you need more than the monthly allowance, and it never expires. You can also connect your own provider keys instead and pay those providers directly.

Cancellation¶

Cancel anytime from suppli.site/billing/ — no fees, no questions. Access continues until end of current billing period.

Refunds¶

Email muneeb@suppli.site. Sorted immediately if something went wrong on our end.

No hidden fees¶

$20/month subscription + Suppli API usage at cost + 6% margin. That's the whole model. We don't do that around here.
